Do you have any other kinds of special offers?
We have promotional offers which run throughout the year.  If you let us have your up to date e-mail address (you can contact us through the contact page) you will automatically receive these, along with our quarterly newsletters.

Placing orders and pricing

How do I place an order? 
Contact us either via e-mail, the form on this site or telephone us on 01562 883124 to discuss your requirements.  A confirmation e mail will then be raised, by replying to this e mail you confirm your order and a separate sales invoice will then be posted to you for payment.

What if I want to cancel my order?
You have 14 days from our receipt of your confirmation of order.  We will need to be notified via e-mail and we will respond immediately confirming your cancellation has been received.

Can I split the costs of my advertising?
Yes please contact us for further details.

When do I need to pay by? 
Payment is required 30 days from date of invoice

Artwork for advertisements

I don’t have a designer, can you design my advert for me? 
Yes we can, for a nominal charge of £15 plus VAT

I’m supplying my own artwork what format do you need?
We would prefer to receive your artwork as a jpeg, RGB or CMYK but a minimum of 300 dpi.  We can also accept a PDF file. Even though you have supplied the artwork, we will still proof you back and will require you to e-mail your confirmation that it is correct.

Will I receive a copy of my artwork?
Yes.  We ensure all advertisers receive a copy of their artwork and we do not publish any advertisement unless we have received e-mail approval first.

Printing and distribution

How often do you print the Wedding Organizer?
Annually

How often do you print the Gay Wedding Organizer?
Annually

How often do you print the Prom Organiser? 
As this is an e-book it is updated every quarter.

Will I receive a copy of the book?
Yes.  All our advertisers receive a voucher copy of the book immediately after print.

What should I do if I am not happy with my advert?
Please contact us immediately and we will endeavor to rectify any problems.
